Still the same as before,I have un-installed the app, re-installed same issue.No update since 22nd may
My in home display is working fine and I checked the smart meter itself all fine

Still no solution to my smart meter app not working.
Been like this since the 22nd May.I did a webchat call,but that was very un helpful
I have tried all kinds of things, re booting my in home display,re-installing the app etc
Nothing working,just wondiering if anyone else has reported this issue
Or is it with Paypoint as I have had no information at all,

I’m sorry to hear this, sounds very frustrating. Please keep us posted with how you get on & when this resolves itself.
So far looks like the issue is fixed,my app is behind by one day.Lets hope the fix is a permanent one
