Hi everyone I had £14.97 credit on my pay as you go meter i had a smart meter installed 4 days ago and the 14.97 has still not been added engineer who installed smart meter said it could take up to 2 days anyone have any advice

It can actually take a couple of weeks before it gets migrated. Try giving it more time!

Sorry to hear about this.

 

Apologies for any confusion but it can take up to 6 weeks for the meter details to be updated on the account from a meter exchange. We’d only be able to add the credit on once the meter details have been updated otherwise the credit would get lost on a meter that no longer exists.

 

We don’t have access to accounts here at the Forum to check if they’ve now been updated so I’d recommend getting in touch with the Support Team to check if the meter details have updated yet and if so, have the credit applied.
